Our pricing is transparent and simple so that our clients can receive the most value for their expenses. Our document and web content translation services are charged per word from English to Japanese and per character from Japanese to English. Applicable taxes will be added.

Interpreting Services

For interpreting services we charge an hourly labor fee. The pricing is different from Travel Assistance Services since these two jobs require different levels of expertise.

Travel Assistance

Third party expenses such as hotels, transportations, and mobile internet set up are added to our pricing at cost with no additional fees on our part beyond cost of labor. Further more, we provide copies of all original receipts from third party services and products. We believe this transparency provides our customers with greater clarity about their accommodations and trasportation expenses, as well as the freedom to confidently scale up their budget to enjoy greater comfort while staying within their budget.

Last Minute

Of course unexpected things can happen. Whether it's a last minute trip to a near by country, the desire to add newly discovered cultural locations into the itinerary, or medical emergencies, we provide Last Minute Servies. We understand that language barriers can get in the way of last minute changes and we offer assistance for frictionless adjustments to your schedule at cost plus labor.
